Who receives your enquiry?

For enquiries about how Cork Plastering Services handles your information, contact info@corkplasteringservices.ie. Please include enough information for us to identify the enquiry you are asking about.

What information is collected?

The callback form sends your name, telephone number, selected Cork area, service required and page address. Do not include payment information or sensitive personal details. The current form does not request attachments.

How is it used?

Details are used to respond to the job enquiry and discuss a possible quotation. They are not used here to subscribe you to marketing. Where another person needs to respond about the work, we will explain who will receive the relevant enquiry details.

Hosting and email

The website is hosted on Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps. Callback requests are delivered to our enquiry inbox using Azure Communication Services. The server validates the submission and uses a hidden spam field. Do not put confidential information into the form.

Maps and analytics

Embedded Google Maps load automatically on pages showing the Cork service area. This connects your browser to Google, which may process your IP address and use cookies under its own policies. See Google privacy information.

Google Analytics loads only after you choose Accept. Reject is equally available. You can change your choice using Cookie settings in the footer. We measure page visits and successful callback requests without sending your form entries to Google. We do not enable advertising storage or personalisation.

Retention and requests

Contact the enquiry inbox to ask about information held for your enquiry, or to request correction or deletion. You can ask the enquiry contact about retention of the information associated with your request. Do not send identity documents through the callback form.
